Working as a Battery Design Release Engineer, I took charge of designing battery sub-systems used in an electric land transport vehicle. I am in charge of interconnects, module covers and flexible circuits used on the battery module.
Taking full responsibility of the above mentioned sub-systems, part of my job is ensuring designs are validated through testing and CAE and are meeting target specifications. I also apply DFM, DFA principles in my design work, collaborating with overseas vendors to ensure my designs are manufacturable and meet cost and timing targets.
